Virtual Embryo

Virtual Embryo is a modern reinterpretation of the Edinburgh Mouse Atlas. We rehost the same scientific resource — the Kaufman histology plates, the 3D embryonic reference models, the EMAPA anatomy ontology — under an open, API-first, agent-friendly stack.

Built at the Qiu Lab, Stanford University. Based on the original eMouseAtlas project by the Baldock group at the University of Edinburgh.
