Meet the Virtual Embryo team

The Virtual Embryo Moonshot is led by a cross-institution group of principal investigators, with the day-to-day work organized into four teams — the modeling engine, data generation, perturbation models, and the agent interface that ties them together. It was initiated by the Qiu Lab at Stanford, supported by a Laude Institute Moonshot.

Virtual Embryo Engine

Consensus-embryo framework & the Pillar foundation model.

Data

3D early-embryo & fetal-heart spatial data generation.

Perturbation Foundation Model

Flux-matching models for perturbation prediction.

Agent Interface

PantheonOS, Eureka & Bio-evolve — the agent layer.

Cross-institution, spanning Stanford and Harvard. Interested in contributing? Get in touch through the Qiu Lab.
